Went to put money on my card and the old lady with glasses said she don’t know how to do it. They need to train workers to do their job right.

I bought lottery from this store and when it's time to cash this store is the worst in terms of customer service and cashing the lottery. They said they cant cash more than $30. I won just $65 but they refused to cash. It's ridiculous
