Went to the Apple Store to purchase two new phones and the experience was awesome. The associates were very professional and knowledgeable and fulfilled our every need.

Long waiting time.. though too many people working here .. standing here but claiming they are not technicians.. very rude staff.. if asking when would my turn be.. they are not being polite.
