Rob Jr. spent extensive time with me explaining what they would do to repair my vehicle, how and why they approach their repairs in the way they do, and what options I had to select from. Rob Jr. was so patient in answering all of my questions and did a very thorough job in explaining everything in detail. He did not once rush me through the process and really gave me time to absorb the information. Because of my particular situation, I chose to not repair my vehicle and instead trade it in, but I highly recommend this family-owned company. They are incredibly knowledgable with a high attention to detail and care for the quality work they do.”
“I literally cannot rate them high enough. If I could rate a 10 star, I would. I shop with them pretty regularly (maybe a few hundred dollars spent? Nothing too crazy), but outside of that, I'm just a regular detailer. I don't hold any crazy accolades, not an IDA member, Not some crazy popular detailing Influencer, just your average detailer.
That being said - I got a call out of the blue from one of their higher ups (I forget his name now) asking me if there's anything that I use regularly that they don't currently offer, or any brands/products that I'd like to see them offer. I told him Koch Chemie is a big one for me (also P&S and Labocosmetica heavy, but they already offer those). I love GSF, Active Foam, Super Foam, and a handful of other products. Tell me how I logged on tonight to buy some products and almost the entire Koch Chemie lineup got added since that call. It really made me feel incredibly happy and made me feel like my voice is genuinely heard and considered and not just your corporate run around put it on the back burner kind of feel some places give. That 15 minute phone call genuinely felt as if I was talking to a friend and was a super calm and comfortable conversation.
Not to mention wholesale prices are FANTASTIC, and they even have some select items that ship free! PHENOMENAL customer service. If anything ever happens with your order they will email you AND personally give you a call to let you know what's going on. There are a LOT of online retailers - but this one is the best, no contest. You can just tell that they genuinely care and put their heart and soul into it. I have never been treated this highly by ANY company EVER. This company absolutely has all my money until the end of time. Keep up the fantastic work you guys! ??”

“My experience with Joe, the owner of Boulevard Generator spanned the course of 10 months when I initially took my car in for what was believed to be a bad alternator. It was bad, however joe found other problems as well including, bad main engine ground wire and a failing battery.
I had several issues with the new alternator over the next several months, mainly caused by an oil leak we suspect leaking directly into the alternator. Joe stood by his work and fixed it. Then the battery light came back on a couple days later and was intermittent , so I took it back again and he replaced some parts. a couple days later, same issue. The last time I took it back he put a different alternator in and so far it's been great.
There was something off with the first one, plus I fixed the oil leaks and now everything is running fine. The biggest thing is Joe's integrity, he really does stand behind his work and never charged me a dime for all the extra work, even about 8 or 9 months later when I took it back.
I highly recommend this shop, he knows what he's doing, skilled, quick, explains things and shows you in detail. very thorough. You don't come across many businesses with such integrity these days, and because of this and him getting my car repaired I give Joe and Boulevard Generator my endorsement and will be a returning customer. Joe is an asset to our community. Thanks Joe!”
