“It’s less than 20 degrees outside and my car wouldn’t start. I went to Autozone and Brandon was incredibly helpful in the troubleshooting the issue and very knowledgable! Poor guy was probably freezing as he tested my battery. Then afterwards he helped me find a good replaced and installed it! Also in the freezing cold! He was extremely nice and personable. “6.16.23 revised: my check engine light came on, yet again. I've had the same code and we thought we fixed it. I happened to pass this location and pulled in see if they could tell me the code and get it looked at again. The employee working, Greg, was NICE AS CAN BE. Plus, he answered my misc car questions + gave me good advice, too. Very knowledgeable and car educational at the same time.Love this store (@Crafton) COMPARED to the Bridgeville location. Honestly, I am 100% a girly girl and well, NOT a gearhead & I don't know what fluid goes where. Bridgeville employee said he does NOT refill the fluid after I bought it there but employees at Crafton are ALWAYS willing to help out after my fluid purchases! Yeah, Crafton. Boo, Bridgeville.”
