“If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.”

“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

“I had a Sony XAV-AX4000 installed in my 2016 Toyota Camry, and the installation was clean and professional. Wireless Apple CarPlay works great, and my factory backup camera was retained. He also installed my WOLFBOX X3 Pro dash cam at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. When the steering wheel controls didn’t work initially, he immediately ordered the correct Maestro adapter and is taking care of the issue. “As a student, taking my car to the shop for my check engine light had me on edge to begin with. Once I was told the multiple reasons why my light was on(way more than what I was expecting), I was made a working problem list for things that I didn't even get serviced today. Also, while I was in the waiting room, someone came out to me to tell me that things were taking longer than expected, and suggested that I grabbed something to eat. With the holidays approaching, and money really tight, I appreciate them just working on the issue that I came there for, rather than pressuring me to get everything done at once. Very nice employees, who even charged my dead phone for me to use my gps home. As someone who suffers from anxiety, these little gestures of hospitality kept me from having a panic attack. They even brought to my attention that I had an old PA tag on my window (I'm an Ohio resident), and peeled it off for me. I have definitely become a returning customer after today. Thank you so much again!”
