“As a student, taking my car to the shop for my check engine light had me on edge to begin with. Once I was told the multiple reasons why my light was on(way more than what I was expecting), I was made a working problem list for things that I didn't even get serviced today. Also, while I was in the waiting room, someone came out to me to tell me that things were taking longer than expected, and suggested that I grabbed something to eat. With the holidays approaching, and money really tight, I appreciate them just working on the issue that I came there for, rather than pressuring me to get everything done at once. Very nice employees, who even charged my dead phone for me to use my gps home. As someone who suffers from anxiety, these little gestures of hospitality kept me from having a panic attack. They even brought to my attention that I had an old PA tag on my window (I'm an Ohio resident), and peeled it off for me. I have definitely become a returning customer after today. Thank you so much again!”

“WOW, just WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Jay as a business owner and worker. I took my car to Jay for an estimate (cash paying) and he had it written up within a day, ready to order the parts. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready for pick-up by Friday. Mind you, I had extensive damage that was more than just a fender bender. I dropped my car off and was beyond thrilled to have noticed when I picked it up that they took the time to wash the outside as well as my car mats, sweep my car out and completely clean my front windshield. Which has been bothering me for a good few months now due to a childs handprints on the glass. I was completely blown away from the extra attention to detail that they took. “My previous body shop closed and I was frantic when my SUV needed repairs after it was hit while parked in a downtown garage. My insurance company suggested Centerline and after reading the reviews, I had them schedule me for an estimate. I was shocked when I learned that the tech, Tyler, performing the inspection would also be responsible for repairs. You don't get that kind of knowledge from the dealerships or the "chain" shops!During the inspection, Joe also came out to take a look at my SUV. I expressed how irritating it was that the sensor on my back bumper was continuously beeping like I was going to run over an entire playground of preschoolers ever since my vehicle was hit. Joe, being from a Toyota loving family as well, got down on the GRAVEL and was able to pop out the sensor so I didn't have to get driven insane while I was waiting for my repair appointment!Seriously, these guys are amazing. From Mandy at the front desk being so upbeat and ready to chat when I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck - Tyler offered to stay a few minutes so I could pick up my baby same day - this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with vehicle repairs.Tell your friends! It is a bit tricky to find because the entrance is not on Broad St (which is the street address), so I do recommend doing a little google street view exploration beforehand!
