About Avis Car Rental

Avis Car Rental Pittsburgh offers a very easy, hassle-free, and friendly rental experience. The staff is professional, courteous, helpful, and super efficient. Customers report a great location and appreciate receiving clean vehicles in great condition, sometimes with upgrades at no extra cost. The process of picking up and dropping off the rental car is noted as very easy, though the parking garage is described as very tight, requiring extra care. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional administrative issues, such as rentals not being closed out in the system. Overall, it is a favorite location for many, considered cheaper than the competition and a first choice for return visits.
