Had a very good experience with the staff here. Easy to talk to and they got everything ready on time. Just being in downtown Pittsburgh during rush hour was a bit nerve racking.

Very busy place though but We were lucky to get a car just after 20 minutes of booking online. We got very new Ford explorer SUV to drive. Very pleased.
