“A warm and inviting (but not overwhelming) atmosphere. Praise and worship segment leaves nothing to be desired. Really enjoy the gospel-centered preaching - very thought provoking. Often the pastors will work through a large section of scripture or even an entire book - wrapped up 1 Peter not too long ago (currently working through Esther peppered with a series in Revelation). Adult Sunday school is educational with series highlighting the minor prophets, the beatitudes, the Psalms (just to name a few). Our kids enjoy their Sunday school classes. Weekly small groups are available as well.”

“Rodman Street Missionary Baptist Church is a strong faith community located in the heart of East Liberty in the Eastside of Pittsburgh. The Pastor is passionate and offers pastoral counseling and bible teaching. The church has many social events, organized missions and holds events in their social hall. The church has many choirs and has a wonderful music ministry under the direction of Alton Mitchel. The also have an incredible music instruction program. It is a family environment that teaches children and teens Sunday school. The church is filled with love and is very welcoming. They will welcome you to the Street.”

“Wonderful pairish, l don't get to come often but when l do it's a treat. This pairish offers the Extraordinary form of the mass every day the the week and is one of if perhaps the only pairish in the Pittsburgh Area to offer the Tridentine mass ONLY to the best of my knowledge .To me when you go to this place their is no mastaking it for anything but Roman Catholic....it has the bells and smells and the beauty of the church. The priests do seem dedicated to the souls entrusted to their care sometimes this can come off the wrong way but they are dedicated. Confession is offered more than one hour a week something l really hate about a lot of pairishes these days is they only offer confession 1 or 2 hours a week on just one day a week! If l had a car or lived in walking distance l would go at least once a week minimum areto this pairish, definitely on Sunday or majore feast days. I feel all churches should offer the extraordinary rite 1-2 a week many of the Catholic faithfull are being cheated out of a rather amazing experience.”
