I became a volunteer in the late seventies. I became a employee in 1980. I left The Salvation Army in 1986 to pursue a career in law enforcement. 2 weeks ago I return for the very 1st time. 33 years later. To attend A very dear friends funeral. Miss. Francis Ann Kelly. Rest With God, Until we meet again. Constable Phipps.
