The market has a nearly 100 year history and an eclectic selection of items. It is filled with historic pictures and artwork. The owner is energetic and takes pride in the place, often giving tours to visitors. He tells the history of the market and the neighborhood, including stories about the artist Mac Miller, who filmed early music videos there. The owner is excited to welcome fans, showing locations and keeping a visitor's book for messages that is given to Mac Miller's mother. The experience offers an exclusive inside look, making visitors feel fuller, physically and mentally. It is a wonderful experience with good vibes from locals, and anything you need can be found at the market. There is no doubt visitors will revisit.
I stumbled into this market hungry and tired and my hunger and tiredness was resolved! This place reminded me of local food spots in Larchmont, NY. Felt like a perfect neighborhood spot and the Dallas sandwich was the perfect snack during a beautiful day.

Honestly; swung by the other day and it’s gas. Dont know the girl in the hats name but she was super in the short time we were there. I’m about to give them my whole paycheck
