From start to finish this site has been wonderful. Its drive in covered loading area is a must with the Pittsburg weather conditions. The staff is very helpful, return calls promptly and notify you if there are any issues, holiday changes, etc. The facility is clean, dry and no rodent activity. Staff was very friendly, there is a big space in the back of the building where you can park your car for loading or unloading. The process of actually getting my things into the storage was quick and efficient, and the staff were quite flexible as well.
