U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pittsburgh offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. The facility is well-stocked and staffed, but some customers have reported issues with the staff's attentiveness to customer needs. While one customer had a positive experience with the "kind, caring, and compassionate" staff, another customer was frustrated by the truck's starting problems and the lack of reserved pads in the truck. Overall, the location is described as having "very professional staff," being "well managed, user friendly, with easy access," and being "SPOTLESSLY clean."
