The guy working here is the man. He was extremely helpful even though my transfer from my other phone service (not to be named) was giving me issues. He's very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was set up right. Highly recommend.

I don't even want to move out of Pittsburgh because I don't want a different phone store. Ty and JD are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They make my phone experience much less dreadful coming from a Gen X.
