Considering they only have one branch downtown, you’d think they would staff it. Usually only 2 tellers working. Today a line of 7 customers and only one teller. Yet someone saying hello as I walk in.

For such a large bank the phone app is not very reliable. It crashes a lot when I am trying to do an online deposit. Please fix this ap to work correctly for deposits. Thank you!

This bank shifts all responsibility to the client, wasting time and money instead of treating customers in good faith. Until now, I’ve never felt like I was giving my own money to provide the service and value myself.
