Personable and friendly staff. Ive had excellent service there for many years. BUT: understaffed recently, and it is seldom anyone answers the phone, which is really frustrating.

Called this branch to get information about obtaining foreign currency. The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was able to give me step-by-step instructions. We will be visiting the branch in the next week and I hope to receive the same care in-person that I received over the phone.
