“Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”

“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”
“Few times I've dealt w/ staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. Normally I go their 1-3 times a year (12-ish yrs), but usually at night. Can go in after hrs and have partial access...electronic kiosks, PO Boxes and such. It's perfect if all u need is to buy some stamps or drop off mail.”

“If you come for your passport, yes, you are supposed to walk in through that nondescript blue door around the far left corner! I wish that the door were labeled, but the staff is all warm and accommodating and will help you find where you need to go.”

The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. Great job at Plum, always pleasant and helpful!”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
