  Poor customer service! We have requested our packages be held at the post office a few times, and they never hold them. We try calling to talk to them, but no one answers the phone.   It is wonderful that you can find a Post Office open on Saturday, the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is would be great if there were more offices with drop off access, similar to atm’s.
