The Rite Aid in Caste Village provides excellent and great customer service. The staff and employees are very nice, helpful, friendly, professional, and efficient. They represent the pharmacy admirably. Service in both the pharmacy and store is consistently terrific, with associates attending to needs promptly and politely. The store itself is spotless, with clean and litter-free shopping carts. Prices are reasonable. While some note a policy requiring asking for a bathroom key, the overall experience is very impressive and favorable, making customers certain to return.

I recently had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The service I received at Rite aid caste village was excellent. The employees were very helpful and friendly and service was great.
