I usually have a good experience at Target, but there’s one employee named Alex who doesn’t seem very focused on her job. Every time I’m in the store, she’s chatting with other employees instead of helping customers or doing her work. It’s frustrating to see when other workers are actually busy helping people.

They never have enough registers opened resulting in long lines. The self check out lines can only be used if you are paying with a credit card now instead of being able to pay cash.
