We scheduled our passport appointment for my 7 month old (days ahead) and the day of appointment when we were on our way, they decided to cancel it. 10 minutes before the appointment they called and when we got to the facility, the front desk person just said that the passport guys left for the day.

Your employees are IGNORANT You don’t need to reach over and select the buttons on the screen for customers especially with your “how was our service “ and select it for me .

Updating review, mgmt was very helpful and sincere regarding package delivery problems I called about. Any time I've gone in the people working there are fine, some other reviewers' complaints seem to be about usps policy these workers don't control.
