“I want to thank everyone who helped me and was so kind to my son yesterday. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and while I was waiting for my boyfriend to return from the car I fainted while I was with my son who has autism. The staff and bystanders were so amazing and wonderful to my son who was scared and not able to understand what was going on and to myself. I truly can't thank all of you enough for your kindness and compassion! I will forever be grateful!”

“What a charming store for the community. A great place to pick up gift wrap supplies, cards, school supplies and more. Also, they have beautiful potted chrysanthemums in the fall!”
“Unfortunately tends have shifted away from physical media so it’s harder to find movies on DVD\Blu Ray/4K at a good deal that aren’t generic titles you see everywhere. This FYE still had a pretty good movie selection which is better than some of the other FYE stores. The clerk at the counter was very friendly and an absolute joy to speak with! If you’re in the area definitely also check out “The Exchange” nearby.”
“I had an absolutely OUTSTANDING interaction that I had with one of the employees at this location.
I went to the store for the Black Friday event and to shop. I was greeted by this amazing person who seemed genuinely happy to be there. She told me her name was Apryl. She answered the questions that I had perfectly.
Later she noticed I seemed a little frustrated and was looking for something that I couldn’t find. So she came over and asked what I needed. I told her and she said it may be in a different bin so she went over with me (without me even asking her too) and started to go through the bin. When neither of us still couldn’t find any she said she knew of one place in the back where there was still some of what I was looking for. So she went back and brought me out everything I was looking for that neither of us found on the floor.
Apryl made my day so much and I am extremely happy for her help and patience with me.”
