“I was a Verizon customer for 15 years. I decided to switch T-Mobile during one of their promotions. I called the 800 number to open an account. During this promotion, I was offered an IPhone 17, and the payoff of my current phone. I was told by the representative on the phone that T-Mobile will take care of my remaining balance. Nearly a month later, I still have a phone balance with Verizon. There was an issue with processing and I was not made aware. I was told to pay it off and they will reimburse me personally. I am extremely thankful for the T-Mobile store in Pittston as they guided me through this entire process and provided the highest quality of customer service. Hunter, store manager, has gone above and beyond for issues neither he nor his store created. If you are considering opening an account with T-Mobile, please do yourself a favor and GO TO THE STORE IN PITTSTON. Do not call the 800 number to open an account.”

It's and actually store!!! With walls and inventory and the coolest staff(mainly the owners themselves), who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers to make sure that they can get their retro gaming fix in these trying times. For example I search high and low for super goals and ghosts for SNES for years and years. I went in there one day and was like yeah I figure you wouldn't have it but if you come across it would you mind letting me know and I'll leave my number here. They said oh yeah for sure. 2 hours later I get a call saying get up here we got it for you! I could not have been more thrilled.
The couple who are the owners are also old school gamers themselves and I am fairly certain that video games was obviously their passion while growing up and meeting and living and loving each other over the years. Video games aren't just nonsense brainwrought, it can also be something that can bring families together and expand living room horizons beyond the evil imagination of most disbelievers. So thank you GameStation!!! You love you so much in this town and you bring very much joy too many different age groups of many different people. Domo arigato Mr, Roboto, and his lovely partner.

“I highly recommend Voitek's for all your appliances! I was really in need of a new washer and I was thinking about going to the bigger stores but i had questions and knew I had to get input from somebody before I made my purchase. I called Voitek in Exeter and when I tell you that the man who answered the phone was amazing! He took the time to talk to me and go ovrr options and give me his expert opinion without being pushy. Just giving me the facts. Thats not even the best part! This man asked if i had 5 minutes to wait so he could walk back to warehouse to confirm the washer I want is there! He said he would do his best to get washer there the next day which was Friday or Monday at latest. This was 10:30am Thursday morning and not only did he deliver my washer timely but he had it delivered, installed, and old broke machine hauled away by the time I came home from work on Thursday afternoon. That kind of service and caring would never happen at the big retail stores! Oh and their price was the lowest anywhere! I searched everywhere and I can tell you their price out the door was the BEST! THANK YOU VOITEK APPLIANCES!”

“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”

“I don't use the pharmacy here, but I am leaving a good review because of the pharmacist. Yesterday (9/25/25) I went in very sick with coughing and my sinuses hurt so bad it felt like I got punched in the face. I asked the pharmacist what type of medicine I should get because I typically never get this sick or have to take medicine. He was very kind. He listened to all of my symptoms and suggested I get a certain kind of medicine. He suggested the perfect thing because it's now the next day and with only two doses I feel SO much better. I can breathe better and the pain from my sinuses is almost gone. I just really appreciate his help.”

Another employee in the grocery department went out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find on the shelf.
Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the wide variety of choices in each department—from fresh produce and household supplies to clothing and tech. The self-checkout process was quick and efficient, with staff nearby to assist if needed.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient whether you're local or just passing through. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable one-stop shop with friendly staff and good energy. Highly recommended for anyone in the Scranton area!”
