“I knew my washer was at the end of its life and was not suprised when it ground to a halt. I called Voitek in Kingston and Logan looked up the dryer I bought a few months earlier. He helped to find the right washer and set up delivery for within a few days. “I have had enough of L and HD! I went to Voitek as an alternate solution. INSTANT SUCCESS under the sales guidance of Logan. He helped me choose a dryer, set delivery, and even ensure that the conversion from Natural Gas to Propane was done before delivery.
The delivery was smooth, easy, a day early, and I did not have to take off from work. The delivery men were great, placed the dryer in the spot, and were service centered.

“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”

“I don't use the pharmacy here, but I am leaving a good review because of the pharmacist. Yesterday (9/25/25) I went in very sick with coughing and my sinuses hurt so bad it felt like I got punched in the face. I asked the pharmacist what type of medicine I should get because I typically never get this sick or have to take medicine. He was very kind. He listened to all of my symptoms and suggested I get a certain kind of medicine. He suggested the perfect thing because it's now the next day and with only two doses I feel SO much better. I can breathe better and the pain from my sinuses is almost gone. I just really appreciate his help.”

People need to understand that this is a discount store with a 30 day warranty. If you want a new unit with a manufacturer warranty, go to a big box store and pay twice the price.
Take it home, plug it in, and run it through all functions to ensure it works as needed.”

“I told the baker my daughter wanted a Draculaura cake, and they did amazing. I was beyond satisfied with this cake. The work and price was way better than a lot of shops in the area. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get such a niche cake created how she would like for a reasonable price. Don’t sleep on the Walmart bakery. The decorators are talented.

“I had a great experience at Walmart in Scranton, Pennsylvania. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and well-stocked. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, and the aisles were wide enough to navigate comfortably, even when the store was a bit busy.
What stood out most was the customer service. A few employees were especially helpful when I had questions about where to find certain items. One associate in the electronics section patiently helped me compare products and made great recommendations without being pushy. Another employee in the grocery department went out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find on the shelf.
Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the wide variety of choices in each department—from fresh produce and household supplies to clothing and tech. The self-checkout process was quick and efficient, with staff nearby to assist if needed.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient whether you're local or just passing through. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable one-stop shop with friendly staff and good energy. Highly recommended for anyone in the Scranton area!”
