“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”

“Shawn James Liz and Jacob and Neil Were absolutely the best. My car locked with my keys in it an hour away from home when I was aiding my client. My cell phone was in the car and everyone absolutely was there to help by using the store phone and another one suggested if I had onstar . I wasn’t sure if I did but luckily I did have it .one of these guys said after the fact that he called his grandmother to see if I could use tripl A if it didn’t work out with o star. “3 very sweet women helped me get a new phone. My old one was cracked horribly and they set me up. Gave me my first responder discount and transferred everything over to my new phone flawlessly. They also included in the premium bundle plan for me incase my new phone cracks, I can save money. I love my new phone. I hope they see this and they are there for when i have to add my boyfriend to my line. They gave me a receipt and a free turbo charging port. Thank you all for your help!”
