I'm new to the area and hadn't heard anything about them - it was literally the closest place and I was late for a meeting and couldn't wait for a tow. They were so nice and said they would work it in. I left them with my info and walked to work. They called me less than 30 minutes later, let me know it was a really quick fix, and that it was ready. They had exceptional customer service, and it's clear they love cars of all kinds. They gave me the impression that they were not about bs at all, and I absolutely did not get that scummy upsell feeling that chain mechanics and dealerships leave you with. Would highly recommend! Any issue I have with my 4 vehicles, it is taken care of properly. The availability of parts is the hard part of the business. Especially with OEM parts. Aftermarket parts tend to fail quicker than OEM. This happened to me on a couple of occasions and those failed parts were switched out again to OEM. Center Star Auto ALWAYS Tries to use OEM parts if possible. The work is top notch! They know what they're doing, they're the automotive experts! Trust them, and you'll be a very happy customer.”
