I have been putting off upgrading from my 10S to a new phone iPhone 17 for over a year because of how painful the experience has been for me in the past. Tia’Ann is a magician when it comes to switching phones. There are still some issues with having to sign into apps again once on a new device - such as your Gmail account - I don’t want anyone to think it’s 100% trouble free - but Tia’Ann made this process so much better than I ever thought it could be! Tia’Ann was recommended to me by my son who saw her in September for a phone upgrade and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!”

She took it to the store and was greeted by a man named Charles. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like family even though we’re not AT&T customers. He even held the door for us. He also went over a plan with my Grandma that would be beneficial to her. We will go see Charles today.”

“I was there about two months ago and I have been wanting to give kudos to the beautiful and bright young girl who waited on me! I arrived first thing on a Friday morning and two girls greeted me, and wish I could remember their names.
I do remember she was a PH cheerleader. She accommodated me with what I was looking for and set my phone up. Since that is sort of a time-consuming process, we spent the time chatting, and she was very pleasant!”
“I went in here to upgrade my phone last week and Teddy was exceptional! He made sure everything was working properly before allowing me to leave!! I will never go to another T-Mobile store!!”
“Went in and got phone switched over from old G3 flip phone to a new one. Was very quick. There’s a minimum $10 a month plan but if you pay for a full year it’s only $100. Service was great. He’s very nice and knows his stuff.”
