“I recently was gifted an E bike from my fav sister ! I went into the store hoping to finance my first ebike I can say what a GREAT experience it was ! I got the best price and experience you could ask for ! The owner was more than helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process walked us through it like a real professional and I was just so relieved n happy that we went there being only 5 miles from my home I couldn't be any happier than I am ! The dog was even a real pro himself! he was asked to take a picture and just acted like it was a day at the dog park and sat down with me looked right at the camera and smiled like he did it everyday !! It was a great experience and would highly recommend if your buying or need help with an E bike that is the place to go !!!!!”

“This (location) feels like more of a clothing store than a sporting goods store. There is plenty of "fan gear" for the local pro (college, too, I think) teams as well as general athletic-ish clothing which occupies most of the floor space in this large one-story retail store. There is also sports gear around the perimeter. But, even though this is usually our first stop when shopping in-person for sports equipment, we very rarely find what we need here. The selection is just too limited when looking for a specific piece of gear. You can usually find a coupon for a dollar amount or percentage off your purchase to print and take with youor show on your phone. This store is in the Monroeville Mall, but has its own dedicated exterior entrance, and there is always plenty of parking available.”
“It's a great atmosphere to get some boots and a Carhartt hoodie. They had a ton of stuff to choose from. Also you sign up for texting there and they constantly send you coupons”
“Was so delighted to find this store. Merchandise selection was far more plentiful for better National brands. Customer service was Wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable about equipment and other products . Many options were marked down. This is now a new favorite to shop.”

It is always nice when you go into a store and find employees who want to help but are not stalking you in the store. the selection here was great and they even had a cool hat carrier for when you're traveling to keep your hat safe. Sign up for the rewards program it is definitely worth it if you buy a lot of hats.”
“I went to 4 of the 5 Pittsburgh stores. The Robinson mall one, the Edgewood Plaza one, the Wharton Street one and the Highland Penn Avenue location. I can say that I had a very good experience at all of them. The Wharton Street location was exceptional and the customer service was great.”

She deserves all this praise & more.All the other Employees are great as well.As long as this keeps up , Hibbets has & will remain my go to store for all footwear needs & more.My only complaint is not with store , but how many times when i win Raffle that i have to go out of state to pick-up.As a Business Owner myself I always consider my customers travel time , & cost of it.( family has been in Oriental Carpet Business for 134 years (1890-present.)& As a VIP customer whom always confirms & picks up by noon.
