“I was picking up a lot of catering trays. Some were heavy. Bernadette was putting them in my cart and she mentioned that I would need to be careful putting them in my car. She then said she would go with me to my car and she put them in my car. I wanted to give her a tip but she would not accept it. What a wonderful employee and person. Thank you Bernadette.”

“Over the last 4 years I've had a bit of a love/hate relationship with this store; however, the bottom line is you won't find better food in the area. In fact, you have to go out of your way to get a lesser quality.Keep in mind it's not a traditional chain grocery store in the sense that you can get all of your household needs - but they don't advertise to be that either.What you can do is get fresh, organic ingredients to make whatever your heart desires; whether I am making a filet mignon and baked potato with garlic bread, or salmon and a mushroom risotto, or a proper Shepards pie or seafood risotto, I can get the organic fresh ingredients I prefer.In a society where our food is becoming more and more processed, this chain of stores allows you to eat the healthiest that you can.Price wise some items are slightly more expensive, however they do a fantastic job of keeping other items actually CHEAPER than much larger chain stores.Sometimes there are stocking issues, so if you are making dinner for that night, go in with an open mind.The bottom line is this - they don't have to be in this business, but I am extremely grateful they are.”
“This is my favorite farm market in the area. Good selection of fresh produce and meats, nice variety of heat-and-eat meals. Deli meats and cheese, soups, salads, and quiche are always in stock and there are always fresh breads, rolls, and pies. You can also find local dairy products here.”

“I'm SO GLAD I switched all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. Was previously using a neighboring pharmacy and always had a variety of problems there. Switched to Giant Pharmacy and my meds are cheaper, the pharmacy staff is so kind and professional, they truly go above and beyond. They really give you that small-town feel, remember your name, always pleasant, they have rushed things for me when needed, it is ALWAYS a pleasure working with them.”
“This corner store has everything from pork roll, hot and cold sandwiches, little cakes and a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I love the simplicity of the old entry door and order area. It is very cute and has a home feeling. I have tried both the pulled pork and turkey sandwich. They also have specialty sandwiches which range about $7 and up. The bottled drinks are pricey at around 3.50, but they have coffee options for a steal in both regular & decaf. The checkout lady is so nice and friendly and the chef does a great job of keeping everything tidy. I have been here a few times now. It could benefit by having round tables outside with umbrellas to sit and eat.”

“If you are not medically insured, and you’re looking for discounts on your medications, I highly recommend the pharmacy in the Giant on County Line. Every time I go (even with my Rx online coupons) they always find a better coupon and give me the best possible price! And because they are small pharmacy, there’s never a line. They are so lovely to me! Especially the kind woman with the gray hair!”
“I have been shopping at this location for years and have been content. BJ's is know to carry the same things for a long time so you can rely on them for consistency. This location is usually calm no matter when you go unless it's the holidays. Even then, it's still calm compared to other places. Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to help you find something or check to see if something is in stock in the back. Eric (I think that's his name) at the deli is extremely nice! I don't think I've ever seen him without a smile when visiting this location. He is very patient with every customer and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want and how you want it. They also have a gas station at this location but I can get pretty crowded sometimes. It's still worth the wait. I just wish the location had better produce. The potatoes and the bagged salad always seem to be on the verge of going bad. I think this might be an overall BJ's issue because I've seen the same thing at other locations. Self checkout can be a bit disorganized sometimes depending on who is working that area. The older gentleman at the door also fainted a great trip recently. I had maybe four items in my cart which were very visible. He counted these items several times and on the last count ended up ripping my receipt. He apologized but I thought this was very unnecessary as there was a cart before mine that had over thirty items that he barely glanced over. For those of us in this community who shop here often, we know he takes his job SERIOUSLY so when I saw him briefly scan over the very full cart ahead of me I thought "Wow, new year new him." I was wrong. I collected my newly ripped receipt and left. Besides the receipt incident, I do like this location. The store is organized and usually has my go to staples.”
“Love stopping in to buy a hot meal and soda after work. Food is delicious and made fresh. Staff is very friendly and Jill is always happy with a big smile and always makes you feel like family. Definate stop!”

“Today was a nightmare day to food shop. Montgomery County began closing schools, gyms, pubic gatherings etc due to the coronavirus at approximately 2:09pm. I, like everyone else in my area, rushed to Giant In Hatfield PA to stock up on food and essentials. The parking lot was full, the aisles were crammed and people were fighting to get in line. Good thing Management stepped in at Giant to make announcements and they quickly set up two lines for check out. One from the bakery and one from produce with someone to guide people to an open check out line. Somehow they managed to open every single lane available. It was still a wait but in a controlled and pleasant environment. I have always liked shopping at the Hatfield Giant the best, but now I can say that I am very proud of how they handled this emergency. Top notch from management down to all other employees.”

We both knew it would be a temporary fix but I was so impressed I told her I would be back to order a new pair even though I lived in East Norriton. I did indeed return & she helped me find 2 pair of frames Then she sent my order in it was ready in 5 working days & I an very pleased”

“The staff at this Giant are fabulous especially the Dairy Dept. The shelves are always full and if you need something or can't find something they will help you find it even if in another dept. The cashiers are very friendly too as well as those in the meat dept. There are always carts available and Mike asks if you need help getting your groceries to your car. Thank you to all of you.”

“I have to disagree with some of the reviewers on here. This shop is authentic. Sometimes an abuela filling in at the front desk of a shop won’t have perfect command of English!The workers were extremely helpful and engaged with the community. They assisted me, a new dentist to the area, with outreach to their constituents. I was, and still am, honored when they offered to put a flyer of mine up at the store. Such nice people!”
