“I came back after taking a break from CrossFit because the atmosphere, members, and coaches at CFML Plymouth Meeting are all top notch! The coaches genuinely care about the members, the workouts are for all abilities, and everyone is super nice! If you’re on the fence, highly recommend trying them out!”

I have way more control over my schedule now, plus tons of class options (the CrossFit-style classes are great) and a awesome dedicated ladies' area, and Les Mills classes. I never get bored. Plus, my husband joined too, and the daycare option has been a lifesaver for our schedule. Great facility, great options, great value!”
