“Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and approachable. The store itself is small so if it’s busy you may have to wait until someone can help you, but it will be worth it to have a tailored experience. “Took my son (who is newer to golf) for a fitting. To be honest I was also curious about the PXG brand and mystique. Our fitters, Drew and Rich were both very patient and excellent fitting my son. In addition to the fitting they walked us through the clubs and key differentials with the brand. Amazing experience and looking forward to a return visit.”

“Best tennis shop near the Philly area. All the staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The demo program is by far the best for their selection and value, the demo cost even goes towards the purchase of a new racquet. They really helped guide me through the demo process to help me pick the perfect racquet for me. There's also a large selection of racquets, shoes, and other equipment for tennis and pickleball. Even though I didn't get my racquet strung there, they have top of the line equipment for stringing and customizing racquets. You really can't go wrong coming here for your racquet sport needs!”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“What a pleasant experience!I was in Chestnut Hill for a lunch meeting and decided to do some shopping especially since it was a cold day and I left home without a hat.Chestnut Hill Sports "filled the bill" since I wanted a hat for one of the local sports teams. The store is well stocked and the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated my business. Instead of just a hat, I was able to take advantage of a sale and purchased a new pair of athletic shoes!!!!But, my bottom line is how the store felt. It was an "old time", neighborhood store. I observed other customers who were talking w/the staff about their families, school, teams and everyday Life items. What a cool "throw back" to the way things used to be. With all the "over the top" negativity we are bombarded with everyday, it was HUGELY refreshing to experience being in a business establishment that took time to recognize its customers and treat each of us with RESPECT! “Pleasant experiences on both visits. Friendly owner and assistant greeted us upon entering and noted they’d be with us shortly, when finished with customers ahead of us. We were able to look around the small shop easily and found ballet slippers and a leotard that fit without any difficulty. My daughter was able to try on the items before purchasing, as well. There’s a dressing room for trying on the leotard. On our first visit she was helped with trying on ballet slippers. Will return if we need more supplies!”

“I usually only do reviews when it doesn't turn out good. This one is different. I made a mistake of ordering the wrong pair of pants and had to come in to change them. Morgan took good care of me. I was broke and we have nothing under the tree. We're going through unfortunate situations that were unexpected and it's ok because at least we have our lives to be thankful for but when it rains it pours. Morgan was very professional, kind and fast. She's also smart as a whip.Dongo because she is an outstanding asset to your company. Not to mention that she even listened to me .
