“Incredible experience!! Can’t recommend enough. I’m not a runner, had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about sneakers but needed supportive shoes for nursing school. You would never find expertise the way you do here at a large chain store!! The woman who helped us literally knew everything and it was such an easy process. I also happened to walk in during a midday rush and she was able to manage 3-4 people all at once without skipping a beat which I know must have been a challenge! Shop local it’s worth it!”

“One of the best shopping experiences Ive had in Philadelphia. Jacob was so kind, informative, thoughtful, friendly, and really knew his stuff. I brought a pair of shoes here and after I got home, I had doubts about the fit.I decided to go back to the store to see if I could find something that suited me better. As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately welcomed by Jacob, who was super kind and really knowledgeable. Based on my needs, he gave me awesome recommendations and even told me tips toextend the life of the shoes. Overall, he was awesome. “Authentic vibe, supa chill staff that really know their stuff. Great selection and all of the people who work there seem to know what they're talking about because they are all skaters and they love what they do. Nice to also meet up with other skaters there and get tips and even ideas about where to skate in the area.

“It’s Always a VIBE when we’re at V & S Lanes. They staff are amazing. $2Tuesday Is a Blessing as it allows an affordable outting for the Family to get together and hang and create memories.(It would be nice if the kitcen was up and running). They also have the Pro Shop on premises so you can purchase equipment as well as getting your ball sized after purchasing. They also have a video game area with air hockey table and etc.”

“Great rink. I learned to skate here. Not via their classes, but the public skates, which was hard. But I am getting better. The staff is friendly, and they have a decent schedule with ice shaving during public skates. The parking kinda stinks though, and the bathrooms are really small. I also don't like most of the music played (but that's just me. I don't like pop)”
“My two sons and I stopped in to peruse, and discovered a little gem of a store! Awesome vintage merchandise AND outstanding customer service. We purchased three hoodies. Shortly after we left, we discovered a small hole in my son’s hoodie. We had to catch a train so we couldn’t go back to exchange it. Plus, we live in Colorado, so we would not have an opportunity to go back before we left. I called the store and spoke to Destiny. She asked for my mailing address so that she could mail a new one out to us…AND, we didn’t even have to mail the damaged hoodie back to them. Within minutes, a tracking link was emailed to me.What excellent customer service!! It’s really hard to find this these days. Thanks again, Destiny!”

“I haven't played badminton for a few years and decided to check out this place. I'm impressed by how large the space is. I came on a Friday night and not all the courts were filled up, plenty of space. There were even a few tables for ping pong, plus a weight room. The only thing I found inconvenient is that some courts on the edge are against the wall, so you need to be careful not to hit your racket against it. The cost was $15 for an open play session and I got in a few random doubles games as an individual. The players were nice and I'd cone back again.”

“I ordered online through the Athleta Instagram page and didn't think to check if I could return items ordered through Instagram in person, totally my fault. I went to this specific store to do a return and the individuals working this morning were incredible!! They spent an hour fighting with their online customer service to get me an in store return and help me find a solution. When their online customer service said I could only mail the item back the manager there had me forward her the shipping label customer service had emailed me and shipped the item back for me herself! The entire time all the staff were incredibly helpful, never once seemed impatient or upset and tried earnestly to help me out. They had the best attitudes even though their AC was broken and it's ridiculously hot out! What could have easily been an awful experience ended up being pleasant and I can't thank them enough. As for their clothes, I've loved all the pieces I've ordered. My return was for pants I misjudged the sizing on and it's the only item from them I've ever returned. I try to go to the gym daily, and I'm an artist that frequently works with materials hard on clothes. The clothing I've purchased has held up remarkably in both my studio and my gym classes while also looking fashionable and flattering.”

I have to say they had me stand this foot measuring to get my pressure points for my heel / arch and size. And when I got my shoes in I put them.on on day 1 my feet never hurt again. I am so amazed at the level of customer service and accuracy of the results from the feet diagnostics. You have a customer for life.”
