“Curtis at the Conshohocken, PA store was incredible. I arrived asking for help to diagnose an issue with a Yakima lock on my Rack and Roll trailer. He offered to help, runs to his office and emerges with a tool box. After an initial failed attempt, he ran back to his office, found more tools and fixed the trailer lock. It was 95 degrees outside, and the end of the day on the 4th of July. Instead of giving up, he repeatedly tried to help and shared great insights on how to manage Yakima locks.
