“My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”

“If they could clone Blaine, I'd appreciate it. They need 5 more of him. Other than that, this dealership service department is beyond any expectations. I have a 2016 Lancer that I will not trust with anyone else but this service department. They know Mitsubishi and can fix anything. We do drive two hours from home just to have them service this vehicle. I wish I would have known about them when the transmission went out at just 40,000 miles because I would have had them do that too. I cannot express enough how much their service department is helpful and accommodating. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. Great business, and amazing people here.”

Tara and her staff are some of the hardest working individuals I’ve come across in a long time. They knew exactly what to do to get rid of the water marks on the upholstery (worst material for car seats ever), and even though my car is 11 years old, it feels like I’m driving a brand new vehicle! They didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of the car post baseball season (dirt from cleats and crumbs from fast food😏). If you’re thinking about getting your vehicle detailed, don’t hesitate! I had to purchase new windshield wipers & he was very knowledgeable about their selection which helped me to decide which would be best for me. “i had contacted this store last night to check a part uniontown store sold me and found out that the uniontown store sold me the wrong part on top of all the other bs the girl at the store in uniontown told me was straight bs anyway long story short the guy helped me a lot and also anthony the manager helped me get the right part and helped fix my issue anthony is one hell of a manager very good man took the time to listen to me and helped me and he didn’t have but he did more places need managers like this man who is willing to take time and listen to the customer and actually help them he is a person of value to a business you don’t find people like him around anymore advance definitely needs to value an employee like the two they had in masontown last night there two great employees that you don’t find in businesses anymore now a days keep up the good attitudes and good work guys .”
