I also really love the mobile app, rarely do I need to go into the bank.I do wish they would add a larger sign for the outside of Truist since it can be hard to locate when driving. Other than that, I give this location a 9.5/10”
“This bank is definitely a 5. I will always stay with KeyBank. During the pandemic, this bank was exceptional. They helped me through the bank windows with paper work that I needed that was of great importance. They also are very friendly and super nice. They have helped me and other people as well with learning about finances. This bank is awesome and the associates are the best. You got to open your account here. Once they know you, they call you by name. I have got plenty of people to open an account here and they all love it and are very happy because this bank is personal.”
