After taking care of the deposit she helped clear up some confusion over his new accounts as well as took the time to patiently walk him through setting up his mobile banking app that we had struggled with at home. It doesn't sound like much, but it was so refreshing to have an easy breezy business experience for once. Someone please let Rachel turn up the AC and little as a reward for excellent service!
