The facilities are clean and provide equipment to load and unload, with a dumpster on premise. They also offer insurance to tenants. The convenient location off Route 422 makes it easy to visit. However, rent increases every 7 months, and pricing differences between new and existing tenants for the same unit have been noted. Overall, it is a great storage facility that creates a feeling of belonging and safety for belongings.
The store manager Laurie was very helpful and nice. She explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood the billing and notice of vacancy terms. The storage unit was clean and access to the unit was easy.

Very professional. Clean. Provided equipment to load and unload. Had a dumpster on premise as well. It was a very good experience, and I would use them again.
