“Nice selection for a quick stop, always have a nice variety of produce. Nice deli where you can have a sandwich made to order, or find one pre-made as, we'll as sliced meats and cheeses cut to order to take home. There is a grill where a few hot sandwiches can also be had. Very nice and helpful folks that work there in a convenient location in Pottstown. Prices run higher than your larger grocery stores but that is true at all quick shop stops I've ever frequented.”

“I was at this location the last 2 days and something has definitely changed for the better! I stopped using this location a few months ago due to deli being understaffed and unavailable items on menu became the norm. The last 2 days I was over the moon excited to have ordered from the deli and it was a great experience both days! Very friendly and managed well. Great job to the entire store staff! I'll be back.”

“Making an update to this review as I am finding new reasons to have less contempt there is a young Sikh who works here and he always looked at me with indifference well the Sikh asked me why I never smile and I told him I have no teeth they were knocked out with a lead pipe and it made me smile thank you Sikh I am not an angry fellow by nature yet the scornful scowl I wear , my deadpan expression if you will outwardly says otherwise so I will surely smile when I go in this jernt when I see the young Sikh there I may even formally introduce myself to him even though I dont know how in tarnation he knows me already he refers to me as the John from what I eavesdrop when he speaks that is my update thank you Sikh I will smile more just for you my fellow human I will always be wearing a smile when I see this young Sikh I owe you 65 cents I hadn't forgotten about that either thank you for your understanding and candor in the matter Sikh .........I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the owner Ricky who assured me the hooligans who tried to rob me in fact did not and do not work for him I am quite elated knowing they were not in fact employed by this fine establishment. Not just a convenience store they have it all one might marvel at the awesome selection found here as well as prompt friendly service with attention to detail and customer service. Big win for local consumers all around. Great service selection as well as competitive prices on tobacco products.”

“I love my Wawa but Turkey Hill has the BEST ice cream!!!!! HANDS DOWN. I will drive out of my way and drive past 6 Wawas when I am in the mood for ice cream. This particular TH is about 1/4 mile from my house so I see everyone almost daily and the turnover is HIGH. so is the confusion sometimes. Mostly they are a young and friendly bunch who try to be as helpful as they can!”

“CVS on E. High St. in Pottstown has the worst pharmacy in town. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my grandson's prescription. The doctor called in at four I went there at 10 of 10 and they did not have the prescription ready. It's ridiculous They were people all over the place and they were so annoyed at the pharmacy and at the pharmacist it was horrible. I recommend them to find some more help, or have the pharmacist in training because this is ridiculous. The pharmacy has never ever ever been like this. I've been pick up my grandson's prescription there every since he was a infant it's embarrassing. I had to transfer it to another CVS. Something needs to be done about the slowness the unprofessionalism of the CVS on high Street in Pottstown. Thank you, a customer”

“On 2/14 I went to this wawa location, only to be greeted with a full system outage that caused their EBT and Debit networks to go kaput.After a few moments of patience, the Debit system reactivated, but the EBT network was still down, and this was my method of paying for the bulk of my order.Tyler, the amazing nightshift manager, with her grace and kindness, decided to assist in paying for the order by 'freeing-out' as she said, the hoagies and deli items on the order, leaving my total manageable on my debit card.I cannot stress enough how amazing Tyler was, she is by far a standout bright light, and hopefully her bosses, and paycheck, take notice of that ;)”

“I have been with this pharmacy for about 4 years. Never had a problem and my medication are always on time. One day my insurance didn’t cover one of the medications and the technician offered me a coupon and prize went significantly down. I understand the pharmacy is sometimes sort staffed and for me it is not a problem going inside to pick up my drugs.”

“I went there today with my gas tank empty. I was shown respect and kindness. The clerk was patient and friendly as I tried to manage technology to pay for my gas. The manager was nice and recognized how awesome her clerk was. I am definitely going to stop there more.Also store was clean and covid-19 precautions were taken.”

“I'd like to give a shout out and BIG thankyou to the young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes that manages your store. I'm sorry for not remembering her name. Long story short, Pottstown's High St Rite Aid completely screwed me over on a return, giving me an expired gift card that ended up being the wrong amount anyways. After an hour of trying to figure out what to do myself online then on the phone with someone I couldn't understand, I stopped at this location. She spent a solid 20 minutes with customer support but ended up going through the same problem as me, it was a Sunday and apparently couldn't do anything. She gave me what I needed to complete the process on my own the following day. Process went smooth when I finally talked to someone I could understand and they even credited my Bonus account more than the items value due to the trouble. EDIT: Her name was Jenn! Give Jenn a damn raise, she killed it with customer service!”

CVS has been closing the lower volume stores around here, where our Scripps get called into. But Chris kindly and politely and quickly fixed both Scripps on separate days with a smile.
