“Stephen did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem with my washing machine, and it turned out to be user error on my part for not having a hot water line hooked up to the hot water feed of the washing machine. There was the perfect amount of communication letting me know when he would be here and I’m extremely happy with the service I received.”

“I called to have my sony trinitron CRT repaired for retro gaming and assumed that was no longer easily possible in 2025, but figured I'd look around. I found Ace and it was a pleasure working with them. In a time when every business is out to rip you off and give you poor customer service, Ace is like a business time capsule from when family run companies existed and cared about their customers as people. Not only was Ace incredibly friendly and honest, they did great work, were quick, and gave a reasonable price for fixing a massive CRT. Rich put care into the work and listed everything he did, which was a lot. They are also just plain good people and down to earth. “Repair was done quickly once they received the battery.
My only complaint is that I was told the battery would be in, in a week. It took 3. Whether it was supply chain issues, tariff issues, or work around the end of the year holidays, they had to know it would be longer than a week. Don’t overpromise when you must know that it would not be just a week.”
