“I called to have my sony trinitron CRT repaired for retro gaming and assumed that was no longer easily possible in 2025, but figured I'd look around. I found Ace and it was a pleasure working with them. In a time when every business is out to rip you off and give you poor customer service, Ace is like a business time capsule from when family run companies existed and cared about their customers as people. Not only was Ace incredibly friendly and honest, they did great work, were quick, and gave a reasonable price for fixing a massive CRT. Rich put care into the work and listed everything he did, which was a lot. They are also just plain good people and down to earth. “I was used to going to the CPR in King of Prussia and was rerouted to the Pottstown locale and was honestly a tad skeptic....skeptism that was laid to rest early......
Dropped my phone, and it decided to stop working....this dude at CPR, Dylan brought my phone back to life with the help of a new battery.
Then less than a moth later, my phone stops working, into CPR I go and outlook doesn't look good but Dylan does it again.....brought it back to life.
Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and the turnaround time is reasonable as well.

“Stephen is amazing. He goes above and beyond. He was really careful not to break anything while fixing my GE profile washer displaying H2O error code (slightly over 1 year old washer). He brought wooden blocks to make sure the washer pan is not damaged. The other technicians who came before did not do that. I was afraid the other technicians were going to break the pan. However, Stephen took his time to move the washer to perform the repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Another company came three times to fix the issue but they could not. Since the ticket was submitted to Sears to handle the repair by my home warranty company, Sears tried fixing it fast and timely and kept us fully informed about the upcoming appointments. Really pleased with the service.”
