I can now confidently walk my dog on a leash at local parks without him, dragging me around and without him, barking at every person who walks by. My dog now listens to me when I give him command commands, and our life has truly improved having an obedient pup. Training has also helped make our human animal bond stronger.

1424 Ridge Rd, PottstownToday was an incredibly hard day for us. My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special.
As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world.
Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.

They know Izzy by name every time we come in and it just makes us feel at home and we know that they care. Izzy is a little anxious but the doc and staff always do a great job with her and make her feel comfortable. They go over everything they are doing in an appointment and they listen to our concerns. I honestly just love the whole staff. Prices are great too.

Recently we had an issue with one of our transponders not charging. Karl and Catherine got one ordered for us to do a warranty replacement. They went out of their way to make sure things were working correctly and linking up in our app.
I was impressed with their customer service. There are times when systems don’t always work and it’s nice to know you have someone there to help when you need it.

A few days before we were supposed to leave our dog ate something she wasn’t supposed to which caused havoc to her GI system. After getting a health check from the vet, Noah’s worked with us to accommodate a new bland diet and twice a day medications to settle her stomach. They adjusted our dogs diet over the week to get her back on her regular food and monitored if she needed more quiet individualized play or group puppy play each day. Noahs was really helpful as we figured out how to help our pup and gave her the care that we would have while we were away. I love that our dog can be active during the day with other dogs and not cooped up all day.
