“Good evening Family. I visited today to ask a question about a weed wacker for the front yard. I needed a plug for it and I couldn't find it in the house. Customer service called for assistance and the associate came and helped me with my issue. It turns out that all I needed was an extension card and I have one at home. I am so happy that I did not have to spend any money. I will return home with the weed wacker and see if the extension cord fits. It turns out that it does and I am so happy about that. I had a good experience here. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.”

“Very nice and helpful staff and good suppy of everything I've needed from a hardware store. It's nice to keep the resource of having a neighborhood hardware in business so I check here before go to a big store or the internet. Plus they actually have people to help you and they pretty much have everything and at comprable prices. Once they (like 3 different staff discussed the situation) to help us find the right wrech for my son's bike when we had no idea which one we needed.”
“For the most part the employees are ready to answer any questions you might have and even show you exactly where the item is. The worst part is the inconsiderate customers who are too lazy to put the carts where they belong. They roll people, into cars.”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
