We have been in and out of here several times now for a million different things and I’m just so glad to be local to such a great Home Depot location! Seriously the nicest people and has everything we need. ?????”
“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”
“Lowe's is very dog-friendly place and thankfully I could take dogs there for training when the weather is not the best outside. It gives us trainers the opportunity to take young puppies there or older dogs, for exposure.
If you're not handling your dog properly you shouldn't take them anywhere. However if you're looking for a place to aptly train your dog with distractions and different noises and sounds and smells, Lowe's is a great place!”
“Was picking up mulch and needed someone to help put bags into my car. JOHN gladly put all 10 bags into the car. He was respectful and happy to help. He also helped on a previous occasion when I needed help loading the car. Very pleasant man, a great asset to the Broomall store!!! Thanks John”
“Sophia helped me out with getting proper jumper cables and when i returned she helped me get the battery my car needed to return to peak performance! She is an angel and certainly knows her stuff. Everything was found super fast. I truly believe there’s no better person we could have run into for help..! We’ll be shopping here more due to the always incredible support and service.

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”

“Could use better customer service. Most of the time no one is available for help and when I managed to stop someone they seem to want to get rid of me. But there is one guy at customer service counter on my way out who always seems to make it seem like a friendly environment and great customer service and he helps me every time. Sorry to say I don't remember his name, but it's between the hrs of 9am-3pm. Older gentleman. Thank u for helping Everytime”

“Needed fifty five 16by16 pavers loaded and with no forklift in sight great young man named Leo jumped right in and helped me load all of them in my truck. Shout out to two ladies who helped out as well with loading carts and pushing them out. Sorry I didn’t get your names!”
