“The staff at Alamo are always friendly and helpful even at 2AM. We bypass the sesk and go straight to our rental. It’s a breeze getting on our way, even after a red eye.
Returning is also super easy.
And, I’ve yet to find a better deal. We will always use Alamo when visiting Philadelphia.”
“I have to say, I was disappointed with how long I had to wait for the shuttle to take me to my terminal. However, the young lady working the weekend night shift completely made up for it with her outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name, but she was working Saturday the 15th at around 3:30 AM.
She truly went above and beyond to help the customers and was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Please give this employee the recognition she deserves, she definitely deserves an award for Best Customer Service!”

“Excellent service! The staff at the Springfield location quickly corrected the mistake and unprofessionalism I experienced at the Havertown office.
Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Despite it being a last-minute situation, they were able to get me into a fully covered vehicle within 15–20 minutes of my arrival.
I highly recommend this location over the Enterprise office in Havertown, PA any day. Thank you for handling everything so quickly and for being so helpful!”

“We rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their Manayunk location recently, as we are returning customers, and we honestly can not say enough about the staff there! Montrose, Niyah, and coworkers, are extraordinary! They are a young, energetic, hardworking team who genuinely try to keep the car rental process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because although we did accept the vehicle with visable exterior dirt we were unpleasantly surprised to discover how filthy the last renter left the vehicle. The staff was overwhelmed with customers and just didn't have time to fully detail our rental so it's not entirely their fault. The staff at this location is highly professional and very competent and we recommend this location based solely on the great team they have.”
“Rented from here 2 separate times, a sedan and a pickup truck. Both times service was outstanding, give these employees a raise! Pickup truck was returned with no gas right as I arrived, and I was told that I could return it empty. Really appreciated that they got me in and out asap and let me figure out the best way to handle it. I see them cleaning the cars after hours out in the heat. Small but excellent location, nothing but good things to say about the people working here.”
“I had no issues with the last two rentals but credit to Tina who is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am sad to see she will be leaving this location for another but overall my vehicle was ready for pickup had a full tank of go go juice and I was never given an attitude. Shout out to Tina and best wishes at your next location.”
“I’ve rented from this location twice. Both times, they had the best pricing in the center city area. The staff here is also polite and friendly. That can sometimes be a rarity in the city. The cars have always been new models and clean. We will book again!”
