Who ever is pushing their customer service needs to pull back the reigns. I had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 6, yes SIX different employees ask me if I needed help in less than 15 minutes. I ended up not getting everything on my list because of how awkward I felt. If a customer needs help, they’ll ask.

I stopped at Home Depot to price a plumbing job. As I was figuring out what I would be using, plumbing associate Gregory asked me if I needed any help. So we were bouncing ideas off of each other and came up with some good ways to set this job up. He’s always willing to help out.
