“One person manning 2 registers?Having run a business myself, I found it a little risky that someone would have access to another employees register.I mentioned this to the grey haired lady and was told that the new district manager had made it mandatory for the cashier to take over the other register if that register employee needed to leave his or her register for whatever reason. That sounds awfully tempting to a thief. Just walk over and grab and go. Or even knowing another employee had the use of that person's register. What happens at the end of the day if there is a discrepancy in the amount of money in the register compared to the amount that SHOULD be in there? Which employee gets blamed ? This doesn't promote friendliness among employees either. It promotes suspicion . You don't want your employees at each other's throats.Well that's my 2 cents worth anyway.”

“Today the store was empty. We were purchasing 1 ton of wood Pellets. The price was excellent. It took multiple attempts to find a pallet not losing Pellets. Once one was found. It was loaded onto our truck. We departed for home. We will be back next year for more Pellets. Staff was very friendly and courteous. In addition to being professional. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“Well organized and clean hardware superstore. All of the items and departments that you would normally expect are here. The parking lot has a curbside online order pickup area with several parking spots allocated to that. Handicap accessible parking spots. Contractor loading and specific parking areas as well as dedicated entrance exit for contractors. There are a set of lockers for online order pick up, as well. Double door entry with motion sensors. Very helpful for anyone in a wheelchair that needs access. Many functioning self checkout registers were available. Friendly and helpful staff. If you know what you need ahead of time, you can look up the items on their website or with their dedicated app. This can help you know exactly where to look for your specific items”

“This has been the worst experience of any project. They completely ruined it. Chris (GM) is rude and dismissive. Gina (assistant manager) is incompetent and unable to admit her errors and Chuck (other assistant manager) well chuck was helpful in that he had good intentions but compounded the issue with a lack of knowledge of the system.... I met the rudest employee of my life tonight at the Home Depot in Exeter township. I was leaving the store as it was closing and a rude heavyset gentleman locked the door right in front of me and told me to go around to the other door. After this he told me I was stupid for not hearing that the store was closed over the intercom. I had my son with... Walked in looking for some snow supplies. Was welcomed by a greeter that was instantly able to point me in the direction I needed. From there I was able to have someone else point me to the specific items that I needed. Lots of help available and very friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store is never cluttered- it is easy to find what you're looking for and to browse”
