“Decent selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and much more. Unfortunately they don't install or even have people they recommend like I've seen at other similar outlet type stores. Still worth checking out.”

“We went in for some ant detergent and was able to find just what we needed!! Then we get to the register and the lady cashier was very nice! But I really feel like she she should keep her political feelings to herself. As in if we didn't share the same feelings then it would be very uncomfortable..”

“Who ever is pushing their customer service needs to pull back the reigns. I had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 6, yes SIX different employees ask me if I needed help in less than 15 minutes. I ended up not getting everything on my list because of how awkward I felt. If a customer needs help, they’ll ask.”

“I’ve been shopping at my local Lowe’s for over 10 years, and it’s generally one of my go-to home improvement stores. Most of the employees and management are genuinely helpful — they’ve assisted me with product questions, special orders, and finding items many times over the years. That level of customer service keeps me coming back.
That said, there are a couple of consistent issues that really aggravate me. First, the aisles are often blocked with pallets, ladders, or merchandise displays, making it difficult to navigate the store efficiently. It sometimes feels like you have to do an obstacle course just to get what you need.
My biggest complaint, however, is the self-checkout experience. I know I’m not alone in disliking self-checkout in general, but the way it’s managed here makes it worse. There’s almost always an attendant standing right over you, staring intently the entire time like you’re about to steal something. It feels incredibly uncomfortable — more like a prison guard than customer service. If theft is such a concern that they need someone watching every move, why not just staff traditional registers with cashiers? Customers would likely have a much better, less stressful experience, and it might even be faster overall.
Lowe’s has the bones of a great store thanks to its helpful team. A little attention to aisle flow and a more customer-friendly checkout approach would go a long way. I’ll keep shopping here, but I hope these pain points get addressed.”

“There was an issue with my order and manager, Jose, completely saved the day! I was met with amazing customer service and felt immediately taken care of. He thanked me for my business, which is so refreshing to hear. He took control of the situation and personally made sure it was all corrected, in amazing timing.”
