“Just moved to the area and needed frozen feeders for my BPs. Also have a leo we will need supplies for periodically. Very happy with the selection of feeders, substrate, etc. I saw here and the attentiveness the employees showed customers and the animals. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked.”

“shout out to chase for helping us with our hamster related questions, he was such a chill guy and he put up with all of our questions about a hamster having huge balls because it kinda grossed us out. He even informed us about at which stores we could find female hamsters and seemed super knowledgeable and he totally had the vibes of a hamster tamer i wouldn’t even be surprised if he pulled out a little flute and made them dance! Chillest guy ever, thanks bro ❤️”

“I took my Cavapoo Phoebe to be groomed at Petco 3/2026. She had never been groomed before, but was in high need of it. I was honestly nervous about how she would look afterwards! But Madison did an AMAZING job! She listened to my suggestions and went above and beyond to make Phoebe look fabulous!! Phoebe will definitely be going back there again!
