“I have been mailing packages to family over seas for years and have moved many times so I have used a lot of different post offices. You would not believe the hassle some of them put me through or how many times I walked out with my package to drive to the next town to try a different post office (including Red Loin, Craely and Lancaster city). I have never had a single issue with overseas mailing and beyond that all of my interactions have been polite if not friendly. Through shortages and and hard times they kept the mail going.”
“The young man who is assigned to this office is amazing. He does his job quickly, efficiently and with a smile as he gets you in and out as fast as possible. He has no control what happens with packages after they are shipped off. So him as a person and his customer service skills are amazing. Only problem with this office is since this is such a small office with low traffic the hours are horrible; the only negative.”
“In my lifetime this is arguably the best US Post Office I've used. I go to this office once a week to ship out packages and never have issues whatsoever. Its a very old building / office so don't expect an immaculate modern facility. But in my honest opinion the fantastic customer service is where this office really shines. Great helpful friendly staff that go out of their way to help you and are always nice to the customer.”

“Although at times, the Post Office is short staffed, it's because certain v. large corporations are putting pressure on government to privatize. In 2025 this service will have been operating competently and loyally to US citizens and customers for 250 years!”

“I just visited the Red Lion Post Office in Aug 24,2026. As I had a letter that required certain postage. So I went inside to the counter. So I was greeted by Cheryl. I told her I need to check to see what postage was for a letter. She proceeded to preform her duties and told me the postage is due. I paid the amount. The whole time we had a nice friendly chat. I was only there maybe a good five minutes. Till I left I felt like I knew her for years.
It was nice to work with an individual who treated their customers with high level of customer service.
Thank you Cheryl for a positive pleasant start of my day. 🙂”
