“Went in yesterday dealt with a guy named Joe was extremely nice genuine down to earth answered All of my questions was informative and helped me make decisions on what guns are best, great shop !”
“Excellent service and very knowledgeable and respectful staff. Great prices. Great selection. I would recommend this business over any other FFL. Even if this place is not located in your immediate area it's worth the travel for better selection and quality.”
“The best shop around never knew it was 10 mins away from me and very first time coming in here every thing was 5stars and Tim was very helpful sold me a custom every time I come pass here thank you for your outstanding work”
“Knowledgeable professional staff. They all appear to be family and apparently to me they seem like a very good family. I used to go to another place to receive online pistol purchases. This place is a little bit more expensive but it's not a clown show, everyone is polite and courteous and they know their business. They earned me as a customer for life.”
“The men behind the counter were very informative, and willing to help me walk out with what I came in for. I was not brushed off and they really listened to me. Extra points for being very respectful, not all gun shops are like that to women! ?
I’ll see you all tomorrow for the range.
Thanks again for helping me remove the laser ✨”
“I visited Auger today and had the best experience ever after going to a couple different stores in the area earlier in the day. I have never owned a firearm and have very limited experience with handling one, and even less knowledge so I went in knowing close to nothing at all. The previous two stores i went to felt uncomfortable and cold, the employees were pretty patronizing towards me. When i came here, there was a handful of guys working, they were all SO helpful, knowledgeable, and personable/fun to talk to! They all really took the time to give me great knowledge regarding all my different options for my specific needs, going over pros/cons, even how to disassemble each option and the basic parts and functions of different products including ammo. I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything today but i felt so confident in what i decided on after the almost hour they spent with me that i ended up purchasing! There was no pressure at all from the team there to buy, which was the opposite experience i had at other stores. They even have a wonderful no interest layaway program. As a young woman with no knowledge of guns i was really nervous to shop around, so i really appreciate everyone here being so kind and welcoming and actually caring! I’ll be coming here for all my needs going forward.”
“Good selection of firearms, ammunition and accessories. Fast PICS (cleared in less than 5 minutes!)Most affordable FFL transfer fee in the Philadelphia area. Dave's a great guy.”
“Fixed everything and beyond for my R700 AIAX. The other shop dicked me around for three months and didn’t do anything, but 360 got it done not only within a month with new parts, new barrel, and new paint, but also trued my action, tightened all bolts within specs, etc. overall extremely satisfied and would come back in a heart beat!”
“Bob was great, he made me feel comfortable, confident in my gun, and welcomed.
I took the 3 hour pistol class. He made sure we were ready and knew safety, and how to properly handle the gun THEN brought us into the range. I’m grateful for classes like this and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with them.”
“Really glad me and my buddy stopped by here, we were greeted at the door, and the owner was super knowledgeable, knew alot about everything, I really am sorry to hear about your health, promise me and my buddy will be back to check on ya and grab some more accessories ?”
“The best damn holsters I ever bought, not only are they a reasonable price, they are made great. And I didn’t have to wait long for my holster to arrive either! If your looking for great quality Fobus holsters are the right choice!!”
“Small shop but the sales are great you never know what you will find and the people here are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions you have a great place to do business with”
“I’m truly happy with the Customer service in this place. My firearm arrived in good manor. Thank you for the trustworthy shopping experience!! I will bring my business back in the near future. Great business!!”
“Excellent service by Eugene and Sal. Second time Sal quickly removed the broken screws from my slide. This time it was two of them after the optic flew off and hit me in the head. Only 6700 rounds on the screws. Think it was caused by the plate.
Highly recommend Lugerman for service.”

“Definitely the best place around, super friendly and honest staff. The owner is a great guy and only hires the best. 5/5 experience every time I’m in there. On top of the superb environment they have one of the most diverse and exotic selections of any store I’ve been in, I’ve found some of my favorites in there for sure.”
