Sooty I didn’t catch the guys name, but he went out of his way to help me. I bought the piece and to my surprise , it fitted. Thank you so much for your help and support. “This is the week along with the weekend 01/18 thru 01/25/2026 where Philadelphia and the surrounding counties will be impacted by a serious snowstorm and bitter cold 🥶 . The weather stations, along with social media are hyping the situation up and people are panic buying everything. I happened to find salt when all the big name stores are out completely. I found a bag of rock 🪨 salt 🧂 for under $15.00. The store owner and employee are pleasant people and friendly the gentleman carried the bag of salt to my car. I believe in supporting small businesses and this is not even my neighborhood.”

“Harbor Freight Warminster is top tier in customer service. The store is clean and organized. It is convenient for my needs because it gives me an auto zone, home depot in one trip. It resembles the mom and pop hardware stores that use to be in neighborhoods, but a lil more vast and value.”

“Great service. I needed to replace broken glass in an old storm window. They cut the glass to the size I requested and had the correct spline to hold it in place that needed replacement. This type of service is not available at the large stores.”

“Extremely helpful! Always working on their stores, but kept giving that look at me trying to engage eye contact more like giving me the feel eager to help. Not to follow me like giving me the feel like no not help, but worried I'm gonna try to fit the whole store in my pockets and shirt I mean every single worker were working, but willing to stop everything they were doing and genuinely help their customers! Whoever that actually owns the business you with more than words know how to run a business and EVERY SINGLE TIME I come I have a complete great experience I come in. Hard 23 years experience in auto mechanic, but also 23 years experience and I'm sure some can remember back yeah the same me Jay! Last time today I asked if you have steel tubing and no we don't, but showed how I used to fix a rubber hose to get our beloved Tow truck home I used a deep 3/8s socket! LMAO it worked!!! When you think you saw it all... Hahahaaaa, but no 150% recommend you guys All!!!”

“Recently we worked with Knobs and Knockers in Peddlers Village to order a complete new front door handle. The selection process was easy and the team at The store worked in coordination with our carpenter schedule to get us the unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer threw everyone a curveball by sending a product that was missing some essential parts! Matt, the store owner, handled this in the most professional way by reordering a new door handle set pronto and having their technician install it so we did not have to re-engage our carpenter at our expense. While I realize this was an exception to the norm to get a faulty unit, we were grateful that the Knobs and Knockers team stood behind us in every way in this event. I highly recommend this company!”

“Excellent experience with Riley Sales! A special thank you to Christina for providing truly outstanding customer service. She took the time to explain everything in detail, showed us the warehouse, helped us understand the best options for our specific situation, and made sure we selected the correct sizes for our project. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision. It was a pleasure to work with her from start to finish. It’s very rare these days to meet someone who is both highly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping customers. Christina went above and beyond, and because of her, our experience with Riley Sales was exceptional. Highly recommended!”

You can’t go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get true high quality paint products combined with staff that actually know what they are talking about when it comes to interior and exterior house painting. Do you have a home painting project you need to complete? Don’t think twice. Head to Ricciardi Brothers now! You won’t be disappointed!”

“We had a broken front door due to a worn out door track guide and ordered online from another supplier and after 3 weeks instead of recieving the part, we recieved a small sample size. I found IDN had the correct lengths online and spoke to salesman Russ Schmiedeberg and he was able to rush ship us the replacement and helped us get the door fixed faster by meeting our facility manager local. Top notch customer service! We really needed this quickly fixed prior to a top executives tour that would have made our facilities group look very bad being that the front door to the building was held open for over a month. Thank you Russ and IDN for your great customer service!”
