“Recently we worked with Knobs and Knockers in Peddlers Village to order a complete new front door handle. The selection process was easy and the team at The store worked in coordination with our carpenter schedule to get us the unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer threw everyone a curveball by sending a product that was missing some essential parts! Matt, the store owner, handled this in the most professional way by reordering a new door handle set pronto and having their technician install it so we did not have to re-engage our carpenter at our expense. While I realize this was an exception to the norm to get a faulty unit, we were grateful that the Knobs and Knockers team stood behind us in every way in this event. I highly recommend this company!”

Im not good at this kind of stuff so i checked in with with the cust9mer service desk for advice. The guy John from that area was very helpful. Even told me what kind of lumber amd nails i should use when i build my project this summer. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my supplies when its time. John even told me how good the home depot halloween section is which gives me something to look forward to.”
“We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.”

Jerry was just finished work and gladly stopped to help my guys out. We really appreciate his kindness and want Lowes to know what a kind employee they have.”

There was a wide collection of seeds and garden tools and he helped me to figure out which ones were best. Please pass on to Dado that I think he is doing a great job.”
