“This is the week along with the weekend 01/18 thru 01/25/2026 where Philadelphia and the surrounding counties will be impacted by a serious snowstorm and bitter cold 🥶 . The weather stations, along with social media are hyping the situation up and people are panic buying everything. I happened to find salt when all the big name stores are out completely.
I found a bag of rock 🪨 salt 🧂 for under $15.00.
The store owner and employee are pleasant people and friendly the gentleman carried the bag of salt to my car. I believe in supporting small businesses and this is not even my neighborhood.”
“Husband and I did some research on a new lawnmower and came across the Ego brand which had excellent reviews at Ace Hardware. There were two models on sale and we went with the more expensive model, which was the same price as the less expensive model. They put it together for us and even put it in our SUV.
This location is close to our house so we stopped in early this morning and let me tell you that we were given exceptional service. I love Ace Hardware, but this location hands-down has the most helpful and friendly staff. I want to give a shout out to the lady behind the register who went above and beyond to make our dog Duke feel welcome in the store. She gave him treats and water.

“Nothing special. It’s a store like any other. The best thing about this place is that the prices are decent. Went to Lowes to get a shovel. Cheapest was well over $20. Came here, got an even better shovel than anything they offered at Lowes for $16 and change. Can’t beat that! Love Harbor Freight.
The 5 ⭐️ rating refers to the pricing and decent selection of tools. It’s not a Home Depot where I like to wander the aisles but nowadays, I wander the aisles of HD and Lowe’s then go to HF and find the equivalent thing cheaper.”

“Great place! They make key copies for only $1.99 and also fix phone screens. I got my screen fixed here, and the price was much lower than other places like Home Depot. They sell drills that come as complete sets with all the bits included for a really cheap price. They also mix paint, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!”
